A weekend of bargain hunting!

This post is very late for me, but as you may have notice I’ve moved the blog! You’ll have to excuse the appearance for a while as I make it look how I want it to!

My whole weekend consisted of bargain’s! Charity shops in Altrincham and Sale in Trafford on Friday and Saturday and the vivacious Vintage Village on Saturday!!

This dresser was £25 at a shop in Altrincham- I wish I had room for it!

This was what I came away with, loads of children’s books, a melamine picnic set, a Bardot style top and some teaspoons (always disappearing!). Total spent, just under ten pounds!

Could have bought loads more, but restraining myself as we hopefully will be moving house before the end of the year and are supposed to be streamlining in the run up to it! There are always loads of curtains and kitchenware at the charity shops in Altrincham and with Footballers Wives country down the road the turnover is good. Worth a trip on the tram if you are that way inclined.

On to the ace Vintage Village on Sunday!! There was so much here this time I could of been very carried away and bought tonnes of stuff, luckily for me I had the munchkin with me to bring me back to the real world!

Here are my bargains;

Gorgeous!! The pinny is for the munchkin £4 from Agnes Darling a mother and daughter team who’s stall I just wanted everything off! The hand mirror and case were £3, again for the munchkin! And the plates/saucers were 20p each!!

Had to leave at 11ish as the munchkin wasn’t a happy bunny but love, love love this fair!
Here she is at home doing some modelling!

    You certainly have a knack for rooting out real bargains!
