Veganism is going to be big in 2014. For some it’ll be another fad diet, for others it’ll change their lives and the way they think about food forever.
You may know that I’m on what some would call a “restrictive” diet. I’m allergic to Dairy & Eggs- so vegan desserts and vegan baking are the sweet things of choice for me. And they are surprisingly easy to make. I received multiple vegan baking books for Christmas so I thought I’d give one of them away here and share the yummy vegan sweetness!
The book on offer is Chloe Coscarelli’s “Chloe’s Vegan Desserts: Over 100 Exciting New Recipes for Cookies and Pies, Tarts and Cobblers, Cupcakes and Cakes – and More!”. I haven’t used it so its brand new, there are some delicious looking vegan recipes in it though- from sweet things for breakfast to doughnuts and tray-bakes and tarts.
