Veganuary Book Giveaway-

Veganism is going to be big in 2014. For some it’ll be another fad diet, for others it’ll change their lives and the way they think about food forever.

If Beyonce and Jay Z can do it then why cant we? Step in Veganuary– going vegan for the month of January. Go on have a look- being vegan could be the best thing you’ll ever do for your body.

You may know that I’m on what some would call a “restrictive” diet. I’m allergic to Dairy & Eggs- so vegan desserts and vegan baking are the sweet things of choice for me. And they are surprisingly easy to make. I received multiple vegan baking books for Christmas so I thought I’d give one of them away here and share the yummy vegan sweetness!

The book on offer is Chloe Coscarelli’s “Chloe’s Vegan Desserts: Over 100 Exciting New Recipes for Cookies and Pies, Tarts and Cobblers, Cupcakes and Cakes – and More!”. I haven’t used it so its brand new, there are some delicious looking vegan recipes in it though- from sweet things for breakfast to doughnuts and tray-bakes and tarts.

vegan baking givaway dessertsI’m using Rafflecopter for this giveaway as the last one had a couple of issues with readers not being able to comment.

UK readers only please- and I’ll close the giveaway at the end of January.

PS- I’m doing a bit of a makeover on the blog- so it might look a bit odd over the next week or so xx

I would love this book as I already do a bit of vegan baking – scones, chocolate cake and bakewell but would love to increase my repertoir and so many so called dairy-free recipes use eggs (since when were eggs not dairy?). Even in the ‘free from’ aisle in the supermarket you have to check the ingredients as they often contain egg
