Travel & Day Tripper Treats

Springtime is the perfect time for a short trip or even the (first?!) holiday of the year.

The spells of sunshine we’ve had are like a tease of what could be. Making me want the feeling of the sun on my back more and more.

Inspired by my slightly itchy feet I’ve come up with a Traveller and Day Tripper collection in my shop and wanted to share it with you here.

Ah, the open road!open road holiday drive

I’ve gathered together the best backpacks and mini travel treats for grown ups and for kids. From carry on cocktail kits, nature sketch books, Wayfarer kids sunglasses and picnic sets.

For more info about my shop go here.

I’ve included the brilliant crumpled city maps. These are 100% waterproof and weigh only 21 grams. They are indestructible (perfect for travel) and the more battered they get the better they look!crumpled city venice map waterproofThe Lomography Lomo’Instant Camera also makes an appearance in this collection, ideal for holidays and day trips this will capture your travel moments instantly and print them out on the spot. It uses Fujifilm Instax Mini film which is just under the size of a regular business card. Great for keeping or even sharing travel memories, as the prints are the perfect size to place in your wallet or purse.

There is also a huge selection of bags in the collection here- scroll through to check them out. I’m a bit of a bag fiend so find these so easy to shop for!

There’s also some fun things like luggage labels and packing lists. Even if you aren’t going away you can play a really convincing game of make believe holidays with the kids by giving them a couple of these tags each and they can write on their dream destination and even pack a bag (imagined or real) full of the things they’d need when they got there.

Do you have any holidays planned this year?

Those maps are cool. Defo need to get one of those for our trip to NY later this year. Quite taken with that basket with the leather handles too… and I need a rucksack. Man… I need a lot of stuff! 🙂

    Those maps look pretty cool!

I’m heading to Portugal in October (and hoping that we can scrabble enough money together for a trip in the summer) but other than that, this yearr is looking to be a bit of a bore!

I’ll definitely be checking out your shop xx

I’m dying for a holiday. We haven’t been away since my first daughter was 5 months old and she turned 2 in December. Really hoping for a getaway this year though, even if it’s just a staycation. Great selection of products. Those maps are so cool.
